Overview
It is the second level of our 4-level Comprehensive Training Program in FIDIC Contract Administration, Claims, and Dispute Resolution. Which is a specialized and practical learning track designed for both organizations and individuals. It provides participants with advanced technical knowledge, practical skills, and real-world strategies used in the market, with a strong focus on developing a professional mindset and thinking approach that protects against the common misleading concepts and practices seen in the industry’s realities. The program equips participants to deliver complete, compliant, and profitable contract outcomes while effectively mitigating risks.
